the dyed cotton or viscose fabric of this product is green gray to black. When dyeing silk and viscose silk interwoven fabric, it is appropriate to dye the silk with acid dyes, so as to obtain a two-color effect, and dye nylon to get red and gray. Dyed polyester and acrylic are extremely light gray. This product used to be widely used for dyeing and printing of viscose fabrics, knitted fabrics and fleece blankets. The color light is slightly gray and yellow than direct gray D, and it has been replaced by direct gray D.
Production method
It consists of 4,4'-diaminodiphenylamine-2-sulfonic acid diazotization (primary diazotization), coupling with γ-acid (primary coupling), the primary coupling compound is rediazotized (secondary diazotization), and then coupled with 2-(m-aminophenylamine) ethanol, it is then salted out, filtered and dried.
